This list is not exhaustive. New York City and Westchester County laws add further protections, for example lawful occupation, partnership status, height and weight in New York City.

What this means in practice

  • Properties are shown and marketed to everyone on the same terms.
  • All offers are presented to sellers promptly and objectively.
  • Advertising describes the property, never who should live there.
